About these terms

These terms apply to goosmart.net, including Ask Goo. Purchases are made on shop.goosmart.net and are also governed by the policies shown at checkout, our shipping policy and our returns policy. If these terms conflict with a checkout policy for a purchase, the checkout policy applies to that purchase.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Younger users may use the site with a parent or guardian's involvement.

Ask Goo and Goo Looks

Ask Goo offers outfit ideas (Goo Looks) and illustrations for inspiration. Illustrations show design direction and aren't product photos. Prices shown on this site are estimates; the price at checkout is the one that applies. AI-written notes may occasionally be inaccurate, and we don't guarantee that any suggestion will suit your needs.

Orders, prices and availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order, including where there's an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or content that infringes someone's rights. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full. Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise.

Personalized and custom items

If you submit text or images for personalization, you confirm you have the right to use them and that they don't infringe anyone's rights, defame anyone or contain unlawful or hateful content. We may decline to print content that breaks these rules. You keep ownership of what you submit and give us a limited license to use it to produce and deliver your order.

Our content and designs

The designs, illustrations, text, logos and software on this site belong to Goosmart LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't copy, resell, scrape or reproduce our designs without written permission. To report content you believe infringes your rights, see our intellectual property policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break security, overload our systems, scrape or harvest data, submit false information, interfere with other users, or use Ask Goo to generate unlawful or abusive content.

Third-party links

The site links to our shop and to social networks run by third parties. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This doesn't affect warranties or rights that can't be excluded under the law that applies to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Goosmart LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Indemnity

If you break these terms or submit content that infringes someone's rights, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs this causes us, to the extent permitted by law.

Disputes and governing law

If you have a concern, please email contact@goosmart.net first; most issues can be resolved quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live. You may also bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its “last updated” date, applies from that date. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
