What is Ask Goo?
Goo is our AI stylist. It turns a keyword like “Halloween with my dog” into a complete outfit. It shows the idea behind the look, draws a shirt, hat, socks, pants and bag in the style you choose, and links each piece to our shop. The finished outfit is called a Goo Look. Ask Goo.
Are the outfit pictures real product photos?
No. They're illustrations that show the design direction. Each product page in the shop shows the actual product, colors and print placement.
Where do I pay?
All products, carts and payments are on shop.goosmart.net, our secure shop. This site doesn't take payments.
How long will my order take?
Printing takes 0–3 business days. US standard delivery then takes 3–8 business days; international takes 10–20 business days. Full details are in our shipping policy.
How much is shipping?
US standard shipping is $4.99 per order; international standard is $5.99 per order. You'll see the exact cost at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge within 6 hours. After that, see cancellations.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Tell us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we'll replace it or refund you. See returns & refunds.
How do I choose a size?
Use our size guide and the chart on each product page. When in doubt, email us.
Do you store what I type into Ask Goo?
