Privacy policy
This policy explains how Goosmart LLC (“Goosmart”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information on goosmart.net.
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Who we are
Goosmart LLC, 1603 Capitol Avenue, Suite 413A, #3095, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. You can reach us about privacy at contact@goosmart.net.
Our shop at shop.goosmart.net handles accounts, orders and payments. When you shop there, the shop's privacy notice at checkout also applies.
Information we collect
- What you type into Ask Goo (keyword, recipient, occasion, style, budget). Used to build your suggestion; not stored.
- Contact form: name, email, order number, topic and message.
- Early-access sign-up: your email address.
- Orders (on shop.goosmart.net): name, shipping and billing address, email, phone (optional), items purchased. Card details are handled by our payment processors; we never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, approximate country and pages visited, collected by our hosting and security provider to run and protect the site.
How we use it
- To provide Ask Goo, answer your messages and fulfil and support your orders.
- To send emails you asked for, such as try-on early access. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and spam, and fix problems.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Where the law requires a legal basis (for example, in the EU or UK), we rely on performing a contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, your consent (which you can withdraw) and legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run Goosmart, under contracts that limit how they use it:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and performance.
- Google Fonts: serves the typefaces used on this site; your browser requests the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address.
- Anthropic: AI model provider for optional “Goo says” notes (Ask Goo inputs only; see how Goo works).
- Email and messaging providers: to deliver contact-form messages to our support team.
- Our shop platform, print partners and shipping carriers: to produce and deliver orders.
- Payment processors shown at checkout: to take payments securely.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security. The shop at shop.goosmart.net uses cookies for the cart, login and checkout; see its cookie notice for details.
How long we keep it
- Ask Goo inputs: not stored after your request is answered.
- Contact messages: up to 24 months after our last reply.
- Early-access list: until you unsubscribe or the program ends.
- Order records: as long as tax and accounting laws require (typically up to 7 years).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to withdraw consent. California residents may also request details about the categories of information we collect and how we use it, and won't be discriminated against for using these rights.
To make a request, email contact@goosmart.net. We'll respond within 30 days (or the time your local law requires) and may need to verify your identity. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
We're based in the United States and our providers may process information in other countries. When we transfer personal information from the EU, UK or elsewhere, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of a breach where the law requires.
Children
Our site isn't directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK), and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. Purchases must be made by an adult. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the “last updated” date. For significant changes, we'll give notice on the site.
