Our commitment

Our designs are created by our team or used with permission. We don't knowingly sell products that copy other people's artwork, slogans, characters or trademarks. If something slips through, we want to know so we can remove it quickly.

Reporting an infringement

If you believe content on goosmart.net or shop.goosmart.net infringes your copyright or trademark, email contact@goosmart.net with:

1. your name, address, phone number and email;
2. a description of the work or trademark you believe is infringed;
3. the URL(s) of the content you're reporting;
4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized by the rights owner, its agent or the law;
5. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for them; and
6. your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review every complete notice promptly, usually within 2 business days. If it's valid, we remove or disable the content and may notify the person who submitted it. We'll let you know what action we took.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or you have permission, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district (or Wyoming if outside the US), and your signature.

Repeat infringement

We may refuse orders or close accounts of people who repeatedly submit infringing content.
