EXCHANGE AN ORDER

At Goosmart, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to exchange an item. Please review our exchange policy below:

  • No Returns or Exchanges for Incorrect Selections: When placing an order, customers are prompted to confirm all details, including size, design, and quantity. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered incorrectly, including size, design, or address discrepancies.
  • Cancellation Policy: You have a window of 6 hours from placing your order to cancel it. Beyond this timeframe, your order may have already entered processing and shipping stages. A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be applied. To cancel your order, please contact us at support@goosmart.net.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review the details below:

  • Timeframe for Returns: You have 30 days from the completion of the delivery process to initiate a return.
  • Eligible Return Reasons: We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
    • Product arrives damaged or shattered
    • Product design or size differs from the order
    • Product material differs from the order
    • Incorrect product received
    • Product description does not match the original
  • Return Conditions: Returned items must:
    • Not have been worn or washed
    • Not be modified
    • Be in their original condition and packaging
    • Include original tags
    • Not have redundant threads
  • Proof of Order: To claim a refund, provide:
    • Shipping label/receipt
    • Proof of purchase
    • Evidence of defective items
    • Email screenshots from us
  • Return Process:
    1. Email your refund inquiry to support@goosmart.net with required documentation.
    2. Wait for our response within 2-3 business days.

  • Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 2 business days from receipt of return. You will be notified via email.
  • Additional Notes:
    • Our policy lasts for 30 days from the completion of the delivery process.
    • Returns or exchanges within 30 days do not incur additional fees except return shipping costs.
    • We are not liable for damaged or lost returns during shipping.
